The Fun Bits:

  • Being by the ocean brings me true peace and joy.

  • I'm on a mission to make the perfect cup of coffee.

  • My motto is experiences and travel over things.

Hi, I’m Kaylee! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for helping individual adults and youth through their healing journey. I meet my clients where they're at, always.

My approach to therapy is rooted in human connection while challenging my clients when needed. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to explore their experiences- the highs, the lows, and everything in between. The modalities I pull from are EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS / TIST, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, DBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention. Additionally, I hold a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology and I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario.

I believe every behaviour and thought has a purpose- whether it serves you today or not. Our job together is to explore this without judgement, and explore ways to move through life without the behaviours that don't serve you any longer. We will build on your existing skills, and I will teach you new skills that fit for you!
